1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website at androix.orx or engaging Androix Limited for consulting or software development services, you agree to comply with these terms of service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW):

• All custom code, deliverables, and architecture blueprints developed specifically for a client become 100% the property of the client upon settlement of final milestone invoices.
• General knowledge, reusable open-source tooling, and foundational libraries remain under their respective open-source licensing terms.

3. Consulting Engagements & Warranties

All consulting and development milestones are governed by structured technical acceptance criteria. We conduct comprehensive unit, integration, and security testing prior to client sign-off.
